Kim Gredsted, Investment Director (+45 20408769 | kgr@frontier.dk)

Prior to joining Frontier Investment Management, Kim worked with private equity investments in emerging markets for IFU for 7 years of which two were spent as Head of Regional Office in Johannesburg. Prior to IFU Kim worked with M&A, venture capital financing, restructuring, and general Danish and international business law, for a total of 7 years as associate and senior associate in two leading Danish law firms. Kim has also co-founded and developed two start-ups, including New York based Trunk Archive. He holds a M.Sc. Law from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from INSEAD.

Anders Hauch, Investment Director (+45 23318363 | ahh@frontier.dk)

Prior to joining Frontier Investment Management, Anders worked for DIBD for 10 years, the last 8 years as Manager and Partner. Prior to DIBD Anders has worked in two technology start-ups, one as CEO. In addition to extensive travel during his career in DIBD to Africa, Latin America, and Russia, he has lived in China and India. During his time at DIBD, he has among other things been working full time for almost two years for a group of private investors on a EUR 50m agriculture investment in Russia. He  holds an M.Sc International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Lars Tejlgård Jensen, Investment Director (+45 22260191 | lat@frontier.dk)

Prior to joining Frontier Investment Management, Lars has for 12 years – first as a consultant and since 2007 as managing director and partner – worked for DI International Business Development (DIBD), a consulting firm under DI with 80 employees and offices in China, India, Russia, Brazil and the USA. He has worked with investments, business organizations, political leaders and international organizations in wide range of emerging markets. He holds a M. Sc. Econ from the University of Copenhagen and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development.

Daniel Schleyer Schultz, Investment Director (+45 23234074 | dss@frontier.dk)

Prior to joining Frontier Investment Management, Daniel worked for DIBD for 7 years, the last 2 years as Manager and Partner. Daniel has sourced, developed and implemented investment projects in a wide range of frontier markets and industries. During his career he has specialized in: project financing; energy efficiency financing; Investment guarantees and export credit facilities; International strategy development; and the carbon credit market. He holds a B.Sc. International Business from Copenhagen Business School and M.Sc. Finance from the London School of Economics.
